  • 8 OZ. 100% CHOCOLATE
  • 4TBSPS. ALMOND OR COCONUT OIL
  • 4 TBSP. SALTED ORGANIC BUTTER
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • ¼ C. PEANUT BUTTER POWDER, PEANUT OR ALMOND  BUTTER
  • 2 TSPS VANILLA
  • 2 TSP CARDAMMOM OR CINAMMON
  • ½ C. XYLITOL

TOPPING

  • 1 C GROUND MIXED ORGANIC ALMONDS, PECANS AND WALNUTS
  • COARSE HIMALAYAN PINK SALT

DIRECTIONS

Melt chocolate In microwave. Stir in all ingredients & pour into unbleached parchment lined 14” X 9 ½” rectangular pan. Refrigerate for approx. 20 min. Sprinkle on 1 c. mixed ground nuts. Grind coarse organic Himalayan pink alt over entire mixture.
