- 4TBSPS. ALMOND OR COCONUT OIL
- 4 TBSP. SALTED ORGANIC BUTTER
- 1 TSP SALT
- ¼ C. PEANUT BUTTER POWDER, PEANUT OR ALMOND BUTTER
- 2 TSPS VANILLA
- 2 TSP CARDAMMOM OR CINAMMON
- ½ C. XYLITOL
TOPPING
- 1 C GROUND MIXED ORGANIC ALMONDS, PECANS AND WALNUTS
- COARSE HIMALAYAN PINK SALT
DIRECTIONS
Melt chocolate In microwave. Stir in all ingredients & pour into unbleached parchment lined 14” X 9 ½” rectangular pan. Refrigerate for approx. 20 min. Sprinkle on 1 c. mixed ground nuts. Grind coarse organic Himalayan pink alt over entire mixture.
