Ingredients

  • 8 oz organic black brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp butter or ghee
  • 1 tsp MCT oil (can cause stomach upset, so start with small amounts!)
  • 1 tsp 100% cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream (Use organic)
  • 5 drops (or to taste) vanilla stevia drops

Put all ingredients in a mug and mix for 20 to 30 sec with a handheld milk frother. This is enough for a meal and is usually all I have for breakfast. It is a great way to transition into a ketogenic diet and will satisfy your hunger for many hours!
