Ingredients
- 8 oz organic black brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp butter or ghee
- 1 tsp MCT oil (can cause stomach upset, so start with small amounts!)
- 1 tsp 100% cacao powder
- 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream (Use organic)
- 5 drops (or to taste) vanilla stevia drops
Put all ingredients in a mug and mix for 20 to 30 sec with a handheld milk frother. This is enough for a meal and is usually all I have for breakfast. It is a great way to transition into a ketogenic diet and will satisfy your hunger for many hours!
