4 medium avocados peeled

1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

1/2 lime (juice of)

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1/2 – 1 chopped jalapeno (optional)

1/2 cup chopped red onion

salt to taste

Cut the avocados in half and then remove the pits and scoop the avocado into a medium bowl. Toss with lime juice and add the salt, using a fork or potato masher, mash until completely smooth. Fold in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Taste the guacamole and adjust seasoning if necessary.
