$19.95 - FIRST VISIT with follow up - Includes: Consultation, Examination, & 1 set of X-rays (If necessary)
Included in this two day package is:
A comprehensive consult on your health history...A thorough explanation of what chiropractic is and what it is not!...A computerized nervous system analysis with our Insight Millennium...and a In-depth performance evaluation that includes range of motion, orthopedic and neurological tests...and a follow up appointment to discuss the findings with Dr. Lonquist.
Choice B
$160 - WELLNESS PACKAGE - 4 Days Of Care which includes:
Consultation, Examination, Computer Scan, 2 X-rays (if neccessary) & 3 Treatments (Spinal Adjustment & any necessary physiotherapy). This is a great option for those with no insurance, high deductibles, and/or high co-pays.
We are a provider for most insurances and if your co-pays and deductibles are more affordable we will bill your insurance for you.
